Correction orders may be issued to licensed or self-declared providers for violations of law or rules.

 

The regional office staff shall:

1. Provide guidance to the authorized agent in addressing correction orders.
2. Enter the information into the Q Drive files.

The central office staff shall:

1. Provide guidance to regional office and authorized agent in addressing serious incidents.
2. Review Q Drive files periodically.
